We are tired of the floods of information and advertising. We want to get out of the hustle and bustle, make our lives more measured and focus on the present moment. Mindfulness is a simple technique that helps us achieve this through the development of mindfulness. Mindfulness is often confused with meditation, but it is not the same thing. Meditation is just one part of a huge system called "mindfulness.

Meditation is often considered a key component of mindfulness practice, as it can help individuals develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations in the present moment.

Through meditation, individuals can learn to focus their attention on their breath or other anchor points, and observe their thoughts and feelings without judgment. This can help individuals become more aware of their habitual thought patterns, and develop greater control over their responses to stress and difficult emotions. Here's a breakdown of what it is ⤵. In our normal state of autopilot, we direct our attention chaotically to the hectic outside world and do not have time (or know how) to control our emotions and thoughts. It helps you to manage yourself more effectively and truly live, rather than "watching yourself from the sidelines.
